Orders:

Just send an email to info@totalwarminiatures.com detailing your order (item reference and quantity), delivery address and payment method. We will then get back to you with the total amount for your order including shipping cost.

We will notify you by email if any ordered item(s) are not available, and you can wait for restock or cancel your order.
Payment:
We recommend our customers use PAYPAL. We ship orders to PAYPAL address unless another delivery address is provided. If delivery address has changed, please tell us the new address at the time of payment.

If you need another payment method, please contact us. Bank transfer and International mail money order may be accepted depending on the case, but will likely be more expensive than PAYPAL.

Payment by any method must clear before shipment and we accept payment in Euros only.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by registered mail and we will provide a tracking number for every parcel.
Returns:

If a product is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement as you request. Items can be returned at your expense within 15 working days of delivery for refund less shipping cost.
